KUMARUARA AMAZONIAN ART
Vibration, freedom, and the light of sacred plumage.
The Manto de Arara necklace is a celebration of native color and vitality. Its serrated fan design weaves together a dazzling palette of terracotta red, solar yellow, turquoise blue, and ivory white, evoking the spreading wings of the macaw in full flight above the Amazonian canopy.
This piece was created by the Kumaruara Tribe of the Muruari village, in the Lower Tapajós, Amazon. Each stroke transforms the material into a canvas of memory, spirituality, and deep connection with the forest.
With a chest structure and a sophisticated silhouette, the Manto de Arara was conceived as an amulet of transmutation and wisdom, designed to adorn the body with magnetism, presence, and Amazonian roots.
